Tennessee Basketball Ticketing FAQ
Tennessee Basketball Ticket holders will receive communication via email if additional changes are made to Tennessee’s schedule throughout the season and should ensure that VolsTix@utk.edu is recognized by their email client as a “safe sender” so emails are not directed to a junk or spam folder.
Additionally, Tennessee Athletics encourages account holders to log into their AllVols account to confirm their email address on file and to check or input their cell phone number for communication purposes.
IF A GAME IS CANCELED OR POSTPONED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Given the unusual nature of this season—specifically, the current unknowns related to the likelihood of postponed games getting rescheduled or canceled games getting replaced by previously unscheduled matchups—Tennessee Athletics will determine its basketball ticket refund policy at the conclusion of the regular season.
WHAT HAPPENS IF HOME GAMES ARE ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE DURING THE SEASON?
If additional home basketball games are added to Tennessee’s schedule, you will be alerted via email, and you will see the mobile ticket and parking if applicable for that game(s) added to your account. There will be no additional costs if games are added, so fans can be assured the cost of their season tickets will not increase.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED SINGLE GAME TICKETS TO A WOMEN’S GAME THAT IS CANCELED/POSTPONED?
Single Game Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to exchange the canceled/postponed game for a future women’s basketball game on the 2020-2021 schedule, subject to availability. Please note: sections may vary for seat location. Single Game Ticket Holders should contact the Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-332-VOLS or VolsTix@utk.edu to make arrangements.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I ALREADY DOWNLOADED MY MOBILE TICKETS INTO MY WALLET APP?
If you have downloaded your ticket to Apple Wallet or an Android-based Wallet App the ticket to the canceled/postponed/rescheduled game will need to be re-added to your wallet app to use for the rescheduled game date as the wallet app archived your original ticket based on the original date. For information on loading tickets to your wallet app, click HERE.
WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKETS ON THE SECONDARY MARKET?
The Tennessee Athletic Department has a partnership with Vivid Seats as the official resale marketplace. Vivid Seats will contact those accounts that have purchased tickets via the Vivid Seats portal to communicate next steps.
If you purchased your ticket from a site/person/place other than Vivid Seats you are encouraged to reach back out to the seller of the ticket you originally purchased from.
WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE NEW DATE OF AN ADDED GAME?
You can transfer your tickets or resell them via Vivid Seats
